Sheboygan, WI, March 18, 2026 — Vista Care is proud to announce that Kimber Bruhn, Vista Care’s National Director of Quality and Nursing Services, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Disability Service Provider Network (DSPN), Wisconsin’s leading trade association representing organizations that support individuals with disabilities.

DSPN serves as a statewide resource and advocacy organization for disability service providers, helping members deliver high-quality residential and community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, DSPN works to strengthen the provider network across Wisconsin and ensure individuals with disabilities have access to the services and opportunities they need to live meaningful lives in their communities.

Bruhn brings extensive experience in healthcare leadership, nursing, and quality improvement to the board. In her role at Vista Care, she leads initiatives focused on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and the continuous improvement of services for individuals supported by the organization.

"I am incredibly excited and honored to join the DSPN Board of Directors," said Bruhn. "DSPN is a vital organization that champions the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and provider agencies across Wisconsin. I look forward to contributing to DSPN's mission and working alongside the dedicated board members to further support quality services and advocacy for this important community."

Vista Care leadership says Bruhn’s appointment reflects both her personal commitment to quality services and the organization’s dedication to strengthening the broader disability support system.

“Kimber’s appointment reflects both her exceptional leadership and Vista Care’s deep commitment to strengthening disability services in Wisconsin, our home state. Her service on the DSPN Board formalizes and expands her longstanding advocacy for provider capacity, workforce stability, responsible use of technology supports, and sustainable funding that supports high quality services. At the heart of this work is ensuring people with disabilities are kept at the forefront and have the ability  to access the services they need to live meaningful lives in their own communities. Kimber brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented voice to the DSPN Board, and we are confident her leadership will advance practical ideas that strengthen Wisconsin’s provider network and ensure services remain strong,” said Liz Olive, CEO of Vista Care.

Vista Care is a national provider of support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, offering residential, shared living, day services, and other community-based supports designed to empower individuals to live meaningful and independent lives. Through a person-centered approach, Vista Care works to ensure the individuals it serves have the resources, opportunities, and support needed to thrive.
