Outpatient
GROW Clinic

Supporting people from all walks of life experiencing behavioral and/or mental health

Supporting Individuals When
They Need Us Most

Our approach is trauma-informed, acknowledging the diverse environmental and societal challenges affecting an individual's well-being. Our clinicians offer individual, family, and group treatments, both in-person and through telehealth. Utilizing trackable outcomes, the Outpatient GROW Clinic ensures the effectiveness of modalities tailored to each patient's needs.

GROW Together

The GROW acronym is based upon four principles that the clinic embodies:

G
Gain insight and independence into your mental health struggles or behavior. We work to give individuals the tools to identify their stressors and work through them.
R
Relationships. We believe that building a strong rapport and relationships can assist individuals in reaching their desired potential.
O
Own your destiny. Individuals will learn to take responsibility for their thoughts, actions, and outcomes. By thinking this way, they can learn to control/own their destiny.
W
Withstand. We know treatment can be hard for everyone involved. The clinicians in the GROW Clinic will work with individuals to stand up against urges, desires, and issues that may interfere with their clinical wellbeing.

Meet the Team

Our GROW Clinic team is here to help individuals and encourage them to live happier, healthier lives in order to become the best version of themselves. Each member embodies Vista Care’s vision of serving more people better.
