Vista Care offers comprehensive benefits; including medical, dental, and vision plans for all full-time employees. Additionally, Vista Care has a generous PTO policy including floating holidays after six months of service.
Matching Retirement Plan:
Vista Care offers a dollar-for-dollar match up to the first 3% of all employees' contributions. The company will then match an additional 50% on the next 2% that employees contribute. Contributions are immediately fully vested.
