Supportive Home Care is designed to offer assistance and guidance to individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or mental health challenges who live independently in the community in their own home or apartment.
Supportive Home Care can include monitoring medication, facilitating community access, purchasing groceries, providing routine home care (such as laundry and cleaning), and transporting & accompanying individuals to appointments.
Acquired by Vista Care in October of 2023, Lori Knapp Cares has been at the forefront of developing essential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since 1972, Lori Knapp has cared for and supported thousands of people using a wide range of these customized supports to meet individuals needs so that they can maintain a good quality of life.
